Welcome to Cosplay XO’s Shop Policy

At Cosplay XO we offer visitors the opportunity purchase items from our Shop which is powered by Printful, an online drop shipping and custom printing service provider and as such our shop policies align with a modified version of Printful’s policies. If you intend to or are making a purchase through Cosplay XO’s Shop please ensure to review the policies outlined on this page.

Currency – Our shop operates in Canadian dollars (CAD) and in U.S. dollars (USD). If you would like to switch your default currency between CAD or USD you can visit the Accounts Details page under My Accounts. An option at the bottom of the page will allow you to choose your default currency (be sure to click on the Save Changes button for your choice to take effect).

Selling Region – Our shop currently only ships to North America at this time. More regions may become available at a later date.

Returned by Customer – We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse and we do not accept returns for products (face masks, size exchanges, etc…). All Sales Are Final.

Return Policy – If an issue with the products or anything else on the order is noticed, Click Here to email our support team and we can initiate a submission of a Problem Report for Printful to address the issue (be aware that Printful may require a photo to be submitted with your problem report to begin a reshipment).

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on Printful’s part are covered at Printful’s expense.

Wrong Address – If an address that is considered insufficient by the courier is provided, the shipment will be returned to the Printful facility. The customer will be liable for reshipment costs once an updated address has been confirmed (if and as applicable). Be sure to provide the correct address to avoid any issues.

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to Printful’s facility and the customer will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).

Printful does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. Any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore Printful reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
