Welcome to the Cosplay XO Shop!
Cosplay XO offers made-to-order merchandise through a Print-on-Demand partner, Printful, who handles the printing, packing, and shipping of your order. Because of this, our shop policies align closely with Printfulโ€™s policies, with some modifications specific to Cosplay XO.

By placing an order through our shop, you agree to the terms outlined below.


๐Ÿ’ณ Payment & Currency

  • Our shop supports Canadian dollars (CAD) and U.S. dollars (USD).
  • To switch your default currency, visit My Account > Account Details and select your preferred currency at the bottom of the page. Click Save Changes to apply.
  • Your credit card statement may show a charge from “Mes” or “Mystic Edge Studios”, the creator and operator of CosplayXO.com .

๐ŸŒŽ Selling Region

We currently only ship to North America (Canada and the United States).
Please Note: Some products are only available in the U.S.

โฑ๏ธ Order Processing & Shipping

  • All items are made to order.
  • Processing usually takes 2โ€“7 business days, plus shipping time.
  • Tracking information will be sent via e-mail once your order ships.

๐Ÿšซ All Sales Are Final

Because each item is custom-printed, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyerโ€™s remorse, incorrect sizing, or changes of mind.

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ If There’s an Issue with Your Order

If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please contact us at support[@]cosplayxo.com.

  • Weโ€™ll help you file a Problem Report with Printful.
  • Photos may be required to process a reshipment or refund.
  • Damaged/Defective Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.
  • Lost Packages must be reported within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
  • If Printful is at fault, they cover the cost of resolution.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Address Issues & Unclaimed Packages

  • If an insufficient address is provided, the package will be returned to Printful. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once the address is corrected.
  • Unclaimed packages are also returned to Printful and may require additional reshipment payment.

๐Ÿ˜ท Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene concerns, items such as face masks are non-returnable and non-reshippable, even if unopened.

๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡บ Notice for EU Consumers

Cosplay XO does not currently ship to the EU.
The following is provided for informational purposes:

Under Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament:

  • Returns may not apply for goods made to customer specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Returns may not apply to sealed goods unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

Printful reserves the right to refuse such returns at its discretion.
